This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation, and submit payment. Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately.

Registration will open August 26 at 9am
REGISTRATION DEADLINE: September 24
Registration will be closed after this date to allow our directors to divide teams and be best prepared to begin our season
Spaces in our U4-U8 divisions are very limited, so register early to avoid disappointment!
The indoor U10-U18 season will start the week of October 10, 2017
U4-U8 will begin week of October 30, 2017
Once the teams are made, your coach/ manager will contact you and inform you of your schedule.

New CPIC Requirement
(Canadian Police Information Centre)
CLMSA CPIC policy requires all team staff to provide proof of CPIC clearance. The RCMP provides this service free of charge to any volunteer; all you need is identification and a letter from CLMSA. Please contact registrar for a copy of this letter.
The size of our community and registration numbers present many challenges. In our indoor season, we have both gender specific teams and mixed teams. The goal for CLMSA is to have gender specific teams at the U12 and above groups. The executive will look at the numbers each season, and plan based on registration numbers.

CLMSA continues to work bingos and other fundraisers so that we can keep our costs low. CLMSA also offers many other volunteer opportunities to fulfill your volunteer requirements. For the upcoming indoor season, we will require one $199.00 volunteer bond per family. This bond will be returned to you when your commitment has been fulfilled. There is a buyout option if you choose not to volunteer. There is no bond required for U4 parents
Your registration will not be considered complete until your bond cheques have been received.

League Games- Travel Required
For the U12- U18 age groups, travel will be required to other towns in the evening or weekends. Failure to complete scheduled games will result in the team not being allowed to participate in the district playoffs for provincials. Remember your team is counting on you!

Deadline to withdraw with full refund is 2 weeks after start first practice. No refunds will be given after this date
